We’ve just returned from a great day out at VolksPower in Redcar. Its been a lovely hot and sunny day and a great chance to get out in one of the campervans. Its been a challenging weekend for me too as I’ve been behind the wheel of Mollie the Samba. Since we now have Bob and Mollie I need to be able to drive one of them so we can get them both to shows, and I actually drove all the way back from Redcar this afternoon – so that’s mission accomplished. When I first drove the van yesterday it was pretty scary and took me a while to be confident with the gear changes, stops and starts and generally driving it, but its now really good fun and pretty easy to handle.
