Flashbay USB Key Series Flash Drives

If you are looking for a cool promotional product then I can recommend checking out Flashbay and taking a look at their Key Series USB Flash Drives. I have just had some Bronco ones made that we have given to all the guys as a little pre-Christmas present. They are awesome as they neatly fit onto your normal keyring so you will never be wondering where you put your USB stick when you need it.

What I was really impressed with was the level of customer service that Flashbay provided. Anyone who knows me will know that I am a big believer in giving good customer service and get annoyed at how many companies these days forget how important it is.

With Flashbay once I had made the initial enquiry through the web I was given my own account manager called Niina, who sent me through a product price list and asked if I was looking for something in particular. Once I had chosen the Key Series, I sent over the new Bronco logo and quickly received a graphic to proof, which just needed the orientation of the logo tweaking then I received the 2nd version to proof within the hour.

I was then happy to proceed but Niina said that she would get a sample to me the very next day .. which arrived as stated and I confirmed the order. I had to make payment upfront which was fine as we haven’t dealt with them before so did a BACS payment and once it was received at their end the USB keys were sent to be made. Delivery was meant to be 7 days, but I received them in 5 so that was a bonus. They came by courier, well packaged and exactly as the proof was. Absolutely brilliant quality and service. Thanks!

Everyone was intrigued when what looked/felt like a key turned up in a padded envelope and Becky wouldn’t tell us what it was!
